Cornerstone onDemand Marketing Operations Analyst in Remote, Spain

As a RevOps Analyst, you will be an individual contributor within the Revenue Analytics team. You will work closely with the GTM Marketing Analytics leader to provide analytical support, make data-driven recommendations, and contribute to the optimization of marketing efforts. This role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to drive insights and enhance marketing performance.

In this role you will…

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a marketing measurement framework to evaluate marketing effectiveness and spend efficiency across the Lead to Sales funnel.

  • Support in analyzing market intelligence, market research, and marketing analytics to inform decision-making processes.

  • Contribute to the optimization of targeted account selection and ABM practices, providing insights to improve account-based marketing strategies.

  • Aid in defining demand generation targets and monitoring achievement, assisting in the delivery of forecasts to facilitate course-correction.

  • Assist in developing audience strategies and campaign targeting execution to achieve demand generation goals.

  • Collaborate with internal BI/analytics teams and platform vendors to gather requirements for audience targeting and attribution models.

  • Assist in analyzing buyer journey insights to provide actionable recommendations for marketing teams.

You have what it takes if you have…

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing analytics, marketing ops analytics, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI and proficiency in Excel.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful actionable insights.

  • Exposure to working in a technology/SaaS company or marketing agency is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing strategies, attribution, and pipeline funnel concepts.

  • Experience/Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and attribution models.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related fields.
