Shire Rare Diseases Account Lead in Remote, Ireland
Primary Role Deliver agreed sales targets for Rare Disease (Imm/HAE/Haematology) product portfolio Manage all Ireland HAE key accounts. through cost-effective resource deployment and other performance metrics in collaboration with the cross-functional team Develop strategic, efficient and cost effective account action plans that are aligned to the marketing brand plan and national strategy. Provide input into local/cluster tactical brand plans in conjunction with cross functional local/cluster teams. Essential Functions
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Main role responsibility Deliver agreed sales targets and manage accounts through cost-effective deployment/prioritization of own capacity and resources and other performance metrics in executing all account action plans in collaboration with the cross-functional team Account activities: building relationships with all KOLs/prescribers building advocacy for Takeda’s products movement of clinicians up the ladder of adoption develop strategic, efficient and cost effective account plans that are aligned to the marketing brand plan and national strategy Develop own strategic account action plans Working in collaboration with cross functional local/cluster teams
Support Cluster Product Manager in the development and execution of brand plans for the relevant Portfolio Ensure compliance with IPHA Code of Marketing Practice and S.I. No. 541/2007 – Medicinal Products (control of Advertising) Regulations 2007 in conjunction with medical and regulatory.

Feeds back competitor intelligence to the marketing and medical team Analysis and decision making Uses rigorous data analysis from various sources to understand the environmental insight and uses this insight to make informed decisions on resource allocation. Education & Experience Requirements
Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry Experience in identifying and prioritising business opportunities through: Excellence in key account management Best in class business planning In-call challenging and influencing skills
Developing and leading innovative projects which have led to clear business outcomes You will be able to demonstrate creative thinking and measured risk-taking You will be a team player, able to work within a complex cross-functional environment Excellent, proven communication skills You will be tenacious, self-motivated and pro-active, someone who is always seen to take the initiative Demonstrable, consistent successful sales record
Desirable University degree in life sciences/business studies or equivalent Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in Immunology/HAE/Haematology
