Job Description Summary
Outage Optimization/FAST Engineering Fulfillment will support the programs by assisting the core team and engineering with documentation history and leveraging technical experience to develop a base technical review to include all prior findings, applicable TILs and PAC cases associated with the unit. Will assist in maintaining Outage Optimization/FAST nominations, documentation and tracking.

Roles and Responsibilities
Facilitate Outage Optimization/FAST nominations, collecting prior historical data on both turbine and generator, TILs, PAC cases and opening ER cases for additional ITR engineering support
Key contact for historical report support and collection of missing reports to support Outage Optimization/FAST
Broadening technical knowledge across turbine, generator, boiler, auxiliaries and controls. May be required to support internal technical reviews
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how to work on own and integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework
Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults core team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant field experience
Management with knowledge of outage planning type activities
Technical Experience in Steam/Gas and Generator segment
Fluent English
Strong analytical and processing skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in matrix organization

Knowledge of outage planning and execution
Self-motivated and dedicated
Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing based on business priorities
Knowledge of PS systems and applications
Knowledge of PS outage planning and execution processes
Willing to think out of the box and challenge the existing status quo
