In this role you will be responsible for the development of integrated solutions aimed at modernizing, consolidating and coordinating the independently designed applications within and across the enterprise. Provide consultative support to business partners to recommend solutions on appropriate use and integration of products. Manage IT professionals who design/develop/integrate or acquire/adapt application software and solutions. Achieve IT future state objectives through effective management of opportunities and challenges while managing a complex and high-volume enterprise portfolio. For true consideration candidates must have Salesforce Delivery experience, and ideally, Genesys/Contact Center technology experience.

What You Will Do

Manage IT Solution Delivery Organization

• Responsible for professional growth and development, coaching/ mentoring, training, and performance management of the Solution Delivery team. .

• Establish sourcing strategy and manage contingent labor to ensure maximum team efficiency and optimal performance.

Build Business and Vendor Relationships

• Provide consultative services to business partners in recommending solutions to align to their business needs.

• Responsible for end-to-end vendor management for IT partners including contract negotiation, governance, relationship management, project delivery and status reporting.

Develop Solution Delivery Support Strategies and Programs

• Manages the analysis, design, development, integration, and implementation of software solutions. Leads the development and management of the applications roadmap for all applications.

• Accountable for adherence to the Solutions Delivery lifecycle and implementing technical architecture solutions that adhere with IT guiding principles and meet quality standards.

• Maintain application and solution “health” and viability through updates as needed and enhancements as requested.

• Foster and maintain customer relationships and provide adequate transparency of reporting and status to senior executives.

• Help develop IT strategy and provide input to the future state architecture

Improve Process

• Establish the process for developing technical application standards, platforms and frameworks; ensuring that the technical standards are communicated and used effectively.

• Serve as a leader for best practice improvements in the software practice

Manage Projects Deliverables

• Collaborate with the Project Management Office and project owners to support project success with resource requirements, scheduling and risks.

• Provide overall direction and guidance to assigned project managers, reviews project requests, coordinates schedules/departmental activities and deliver status communication to senior leadership, VPs, and stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree where required.

  • 10 + years of experience

  • In lieu of degree 12 + years of experience.

  • Salesforce Delivery experience, and ideally, Genesys/Contact Center technology experience.

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.

*Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance.

$146,500.00 - $278,200.00
