Job Description Summary
The Strategic Program Implementations Leader will provide strategies and supporting data to drive HCA capital equipment planning to support CFO initiatives at the Division and local levels. This role will work closely with HealthTrust and Corporate to provide key data to support the aging equipment Install Base (IB) to formulate BIG $$ equipment initiative replacements. Ensure the increasing number of large-scale project implementations across HCA are effectively executed and well communicated both internally and internally. HCA deserves a robust process, KPI’s, and communication for the $M’s they spend on these initiatives many of which are multi-phased and enterprise wide. Assist in the HT and HCA renewal contracts by providing pertinent data and reports to support the overall effort. The focus that this role will delivery customer satisfaction and drive overall order and revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated knowledge of the processes involved with product and program implementation across GE’s product suite.
Proven track record of engaging with and influencing other key stakeholders. Strong internal and external communications and the ability to develop clear trackers and updates on project implementation status.
The ability to effectively manage escalations.
Build strong relationships with HealthTrust and HCA Corporate leadership
Lead and direct the modality SDL and HCA ESCs in providing and presenting strategic equipment account plans to HealthTrust Corporate to replace their aging Imaging IB across HCA facilities
Be the single point of contact for HealthTrust corporate leaders
Be the expert in providing the clinical, service, and new product introduction
Align with HCA Corporate and HealthTrust strategic goals and continuing market changes
Build a more robust Capital Equipment Plan for each HCA Division that aligns with the Group and Division CFO goals
Develop and deliver communication regarding progress of implementation programs and ensure acceptable commitments are made and met with regards to implementation timelines
Manage escalations and or co-ordinate to resolution
Key advisor to the customer in equipment review for large scale IB replacement and new construction projects
Grow the order and revenue forecast based on the strategic outcomes from Capital and Install Base strategy planning
Support strategic planning and data support for the HCA Contract renewal (Several contracts >$3.5B over 5 years)
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 3 years proven ability to manage large scale project implementations, or high school diploma and 5 years experience or a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP
Prefer multi-modality experience
Excellent Communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
Strong critical thinking and analytic skills
Proven track record of engaging with Customers at all levels of the organization
Organized and able to drive reporting and customer facing updates
Experience with financial applications such as Power Point, Excel and MS Word
Nashville Desired, will consider GA, AL, NC, SC or FL
Desired Characteristics
5 years of Imaging Modality experience leading/supporting strategic accounts
