Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
Support the accounts payable and receivable functions
Maintain and update accounting records and files
Analyze budgets and create expense reports
Conduct periodic audits
Perform basic administrative duties
Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare for the annual audit
Cross-check and verify data entries and correct discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong data entry skills and a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in the use of MS Excel and accounting software
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex numerical data
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
