Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Management Office (PMO) located in Renton, Washington. This hybrid role (primarily remote) will involve working in the medical care industry for a non-profit organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and documenting business assumptions, strategic goals, and operational budgets, as well as overseeing the integration of various systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and document business assumptions to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Oversee the operation and allocation of grants and budgets
• Ensure the integration of tools with GL, ADP, and Epic systems
• Facilitate the change management process to ensure a smooth transition for all team members
• Coordinate with various departments including HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to understand their needs and challenges
• Implement financial systems and manage the budgeting process
• Work closely with the accounting director and conduct interviews for budgeting purposes
• Apply traditional project management methodologies to ensure successful project completion
• Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of organization
• Support system integration and lead the implementation process
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for budget management and other tasks
• Ensure proper planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes are followed.
Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing and analyzing project data.
• Familiarity with budget processes, including planning, allocation, and management.
• Experience in Change Management to successfully guide, manage, and support organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and information to stakeholders.
• Expertise in budget allocations to ensure effective distribution of funds across various project aspects.
• Strong understanding of Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE).
• Ability to manage project budgets, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and financial objectives are met.
• Experience in supporting system integration, ensuring all project components work together seamlessly.
• Hands-on experience with System Implementation, including planning, execution, and evaluation of systems.
