Providence is calling a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis who will:
Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the group's operational budget (comparing budgets at the GL account level, performing budget versus actuals variance analysis for monthly and year to date views)
Provide forecasting for total year performance for the departments operational budgets
Focus on measuring productivity
Serve as a member of the service area team
Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance
Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
Apply advanced knowledge and skills
Perform difficult and complex tasks
Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
Support larger and/or more complex service area teams

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
5+ years of analytical and business experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Business Administration
2+ years of healthcare related experience
Experience in Labor Productivity Analysis
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) budget versus actuals variance analysis
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
