Work you'll do
Develop and apply strategic communications frameworks, including audience analysis, to effectively communicate at all levels
Oversee engagement plan direction as well as the production and distribution of messaging across all communication channels and platforms
Implement proactive and organized communications activities that support achieving client objectives while streamlining reactive communications processes
Implement communications strategy that cuts across various channels, including web, media, print, and community engagement
Ensure information communicated is accessible, actionable, accurate, relevant, timely, and understandable for intended audiences
Work collaboratively and diplomatically across multiple stakeholder groups and partners

Qualifications
Required:
A current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required to be considered
4+ years' experience with the following: developing and executing engagement plans/strategies, comfortable balancing multiple client projects simultaneously, team player that can collaborate on cross-organization projects.
Experience with various writing styles: APA, MLA
Experience drafting executive level summaries, narrative writing, memos, and PowerPoint briefings
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Prior experience supporting federal clients/stakeholders
Enterprise change management strategies
Prior experience working with IT clients and/or IT initiatives
