Job Description

The Strategic Sales Support team, part of PBM Payor Brand Marketing, is seeking a Marketing Advisor to support its efforts to assist our Sales/Account Management colleagues in growing new business and retaining existing accounts. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.The Marketing Advisor will work closely with their Marketing team members, along with Sales Enablement and Sales/Account Management colleagues. The focus of the role is to help the Marketing team advance the sales process. This includes assisting with pre- and post-meeting content deployment for prospect/renewal finalists’ meetings, supporting digital strategies/microsites for improved client experiences, planning assistance for sales/renewal work in the pipeline, and preparation of Marketing Update communications. Responsibilities include tactical support for sales presentations, Design and Brand Compliance process coordination, microsite assistance and weekly planning reports (for Marketing team) and monthly Marketing Update (for Sales/AM partners). This position will provide you with the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the PBM (B2B) business, including PBM client needs/priorities, PBM products and services, and PBM competitive advantage. Excellent organizational skills, power point skills, digital-first mindset, and strong written and verbal communication skills needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales support experience would be a plus; PBM / health care experience helpful but not required• Project management and coordination experience in a highly process-driven environment preferred; strong analytic skills• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple cross-functional projects with limited supervision • Digital first mindset with knowledge of digital marketing; proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel,• Excellent oral and written communication skills; embracing use of plain language • Strong focus on internal business partner satisfaction; building relationships to help achieve results• Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities with a variety of projects/assignments, while maintaining a flexible, positive disposition• Knowledge of online production processes and operations helpful


Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
