Are you ready to take your tax expertise to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Tax Accountant. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and supporting our tax processes. Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
The Tax Accountant will take care of different tax compliance matters for the Siemens entities, and coordinating tax audits and support the tax team. Also, he/she will be liaising closely with local finance and accounting staff as well as external tax advisers.
This will include:
Prepare necessary documentation and calculations for tax payments and returns.
Provide necessary documentation to Accounting and other departments on any required tax adjustments.
Contributes to preparation of different tax declarations VAT, WHT, CIT etc.
Support in tax audits and ensure adequate documentation for tax audits is prepared and stored.
Support in liaising with tax authorities and external tax advisor.
Provide relevant support for different tax advices to business units and Siemens entities in line with guidance from HOD.
Knowledge of relevant Accounting standards and tax laws principles.
Support in completion of quarterly and annual tax returns/workings.
Support in month end, quarterly and annual closing process.
Coordinates the preparation of periodic tax returns, examines accounts.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Solid SAP experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as English fluency.
Presentation, analytical thinking, communication & accountability skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in difficult and often time-constrained situations will nicely round off your profile.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment independently and within the team with high level of accuracy.
Big 4 experience is a plus.
