Change Healthcare Technical Implementation Engineer - Workflow Intelligence - CAD in Richmond, British Columbia

Overview of Position Provides advanced level support and services to Workflow Intelligence Services staff and external customers. Primary contact for remote technical support for field Workflow Intelligence Services personnel. Additional tasks include providing internal technical support/services to other Enterprise Imagining departments.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Analyzes architecture and creates master configurations for new systems; diagnoses software and hardware malfunctions and works with other members of the team and engineering to identify and resolve problems.

  • Performs Final Quality Assurance and complete Installation document for back-end configuration for finished systems as assigned in accordance to the quality system.

  • Creates technical architecture documentation for complex projects; provides remote system administration for internal customer's sites; updates a troubleshooting database (KB) for future reference.

  • Travels on occasion to customer sites to provide on-site support.; assists with pre-sales architecture/solution activities; provides internal technical training; mentoring and Training internal personnel.

  • An Ongoing relationship with Product Analyst and Product management with respect to technical product development and vision; maintains a highly professional and customer-centric focus.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 2 + years IT experience building and configuring systems as well as supporting both internal and external customers strongly preferred

  • Windows Server/ SQL server experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related experience

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • MCSE and/or A+ Certification an asset

  • Strong written and communication skills
