Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot and repair various equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and use technical manuals and tools for repairs. You'll also maintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control devices , complete work orders promptly, and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times.

** We are looking for a wide range of skillsets! We are willing to train on the electrical side, so maintenance mechanics are encouraged to apply as well.

Shift : 1st, 2nd, or 3rd

Pay: $25 - 35/ hr

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.

  • Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions.

  • Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.

  • Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs.

  • Repair machines and equipment using various tools and precision measuring instruments.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control field devices.

  • Review and complete work orders in a timely manner.

  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times.

Essential Skills

  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

  • Experience with conveyor maintenance.

  • Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.

  • Mechanical experience with hydraulics, gear boxes, and conveyors.

  • Industrial maintenance experience.

  • PLC troubleshooting and ability to read schematics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
