Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot and repair various equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and use technical manuals and tools for repairs. You'll also maintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control devices , complete work orders promptly, and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times.
** We are looking for a wide range of skillsets! We are willing to train on the electrical side, so maintenance mechanics are encouraged to apply as well.
Shift : 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
Pay: $25 - 35/ hr
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on equipment.
Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs.
Repair machines and equipment using various tools and precision measuring instruments.
Maintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control field devices.
Review and complete work orders in a timely manner.
Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
Experience with conveyor maintenance.
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.
Mechanical experience with hydraulics, gear boxes, and conveyors.
Industrial maintenance experience.
PLC troubleshooting and ability to read schematics.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
