HR Associate, Tech Students & Grads Learning & Development

We are looking for an exceptional associate to own the execution and logistics of learning & development within our Tech Students & Grads programs. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organization, and communication skills, in addition to meticulous attention to detail and a passion or background in L&D.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • The Learning and Development Associate will work with the Learning and Development Lead and an Instructional Designer to create and deliver development and training opportunities related to a variety of topics and see through the Tech S&G Learning Roadmap

  • Support the Learning & Development Lead in identifying educational needs of clients related to leadership and organizational development

  • Schedule and facilitate Peer Group meetings for clients' functional areas, or other learning trainings & sessions as needed

  • Partner with key stakeholders and program managers to set the strategy and design of our end-to-end learning strategies & experiences (Onboarding, Experience Weeks, etc.)

  • Evaluate program health + associate learning gaps through feedback, assessments, and metrics analysis

  • Engage with senior leaders across the company to ensure consistently positive experience for the program’s associates and interns

  • Build and own relationships with internal clients, stakeholders and external vendors

  • Maintain upkeep of Google Drives and Google Sites spaces, including deckware, rosters, and access

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or military experience

  • At least 1 year of experience working in Learning & Development or at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a combination of both

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources

  • At least 1 year of experience with Project Management

  • Experience working at a technology company

  • Experience interpreting metrics and trends

  • Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change

  • Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

  • Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours due to varying needs within the program

  • High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts
