Wendel is currently seeking an Interior Designer with 5 or more years of experience to join our Richmond, VA office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in a creative and fun workplace. Wendel works in many markets including corporate, healthcare, education to transit; offering opportunities to work on a wide range of projects.

Wendel is looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic to learn and grow, is flexible and has a passion for design.

You will be responsible for:

  • Programming
  • Field verification
  • Space Planning
  • Construction Document Development
  • Construction Administration
  • Finish and Furniture selection and presentations.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships.

Candidates should be proficient with REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Revu. Knowledge of building codes is required. 3D rendering capabilities is preferred.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000.

Wendel is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
