Required Skills:

ISSO GRC Lead Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.

  2. Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholder’s needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables.

  3. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s).

  4. Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.

  5. Implement maturity frameworks across multiple programs factoring in emerging regulations and proactive detection of risks.

  6. Identify, communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.

  7. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and three years of work experience in job offered or technical program-related occupation.

  2. Requires three years of experience in the following:

    1. Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
    1. Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
    1. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
    1. Defining program requirements, setting priorities, and establishing scope including defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams
    1. Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly
    1. Developing and owning communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
    1. Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
    1. Defining and tracking key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables
    1. Identifying and analyzing complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with engineering leaders and stakeholders
    1. Driving internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.

Public Compensation:

$193,344/year to $217,690/year + bonus + equity + benefits
