Adecco is assisting one of its clients in their search to fill a Program Manager position in either Richmond, VA, or McLean, VA, in a hybrid work environment. This position is ideal for someone with demonstrated experience in program management, particularly in managing large-scale complex programs.
Duration : 11 Months
Pay Range : $43-$47/hour
Job Summary
You will be responsible for designing and managing large-scale programs aimed at increasing clarity and efficiency within the organization while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· 5 or more years of Program Management experience, with at least 2 years of people management experience
Preferred:
Master’s degree in a relevant field, or MBA
Over 8 years of Project and Change Management experience
Agile, PMP, Six Sigma certifications
Experience of managing projects in Jira
Pay Details: $43.00 to $47.00 per hour
