Job Posting - Custodian
Classification: Support Staff / Full Time (Year Round) / Non-Exempt
Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the district school buildings and grounds as assigned. Performs a variety of diverse duties assuring that buildings and grounds are maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner. Duties include but not limited to cleaning entire buildings including classrooms, bathrooms, and cafeteria. Need to be able to cleaning machines, ladders, lift 50lbs and work with cleaning supplies and chemicals.

Qualifications
Required: Valid Colorado Driver's License Clear a CBI and FBI background check Positive attitude and strong work ethic Motivated self-starter and ability to work independently Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers
Preferred: High school diploma or GED Experience working in a school atmosphere Basic computer skills, ability to communicate via email
Work Schedule: Year round position. Mon-Fri Dayshift TBD Summer schedule is 10-hour days Mon-Thurs
Salary: $15.50/hour.
