Key Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to obtain and interpret blueprints, sketches, etc. without supervision.
Must have the ability to perform all functions relative to the operation of all equipment within the Tool Shop without supervision.
Must have the knowledge to properly identify and heat treat all the types of material used in producing tooling, fixtures, gages, etc. used in producing P.M. components without supervision.
Must have the ability to layout, fit, inspect, polish, file, grind and perform all functions relative to producing the final product without supervision.
Must have the ability to train fellow employees concerning all aspects of tool making.
Maintain a clean safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as required.
Competency Requirements:
Understand and follow internal quality policy and job-related procedures.
Employees must be available to work all shifts.
