Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Support to our regional Backoffice function supporting Frontline teams across the Northern Europe Region.
We are looking for a service-oriented person with great communication skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities
As our new Customer Service Support, your main task will be to ensure quick and efficient material return from customers to Danfoss, continuous follow-up on internal inspection results and actions as well as providing the final solution to our customers.
You will be handling the commercial administrative tasks of product complaints in close cooperation with technical support teams. This means managing cases in our CRM system and processing the necessary actions in SAP ERP.
Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be:
Providing professional support to our customers.
Responsible for accurate and timely actions.
Customer communication via emails and when needed via phone in English.
Cooperation with other functions in Danfoss.
Ad hoc tasks within our Backoffice team.
Background & Skills
You can be a slightly experienced candidate with a background from customer service or a junior candidate willing to learn and boost your career in a global company by managing specific tasks and actions to a consistent high quality. To be successful in this position, you need to:
Enjoy administrative tasks and routine work.
Be flexible, easy to work with and have a “can do” attitude.
Advanced English skills and be a confident communicator.
Be able to adapt and learn new systems and processes.
Preferred:
Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP ERP.
Experience with a CRM tool, ideally Salesforce.com.
Previous experience with working in customer service environment.
