The position
By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:
Lead contracting activities by preparing and issuing tenders, conduct bid evaluation and negotiations, and prepare award recommendation
Perform demand and market analysis in both global and local markets.
Monitor performance and propose robust contract management and follow-up activities based with focus on minimizing value leakage, risks as well as promoting safety together with contract team
Drive process improvements in order to generate value for the organization
Ensure compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes, with a specific focus on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.
Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters related to Subsea / EPCIscope.
Proactively ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
Facilitate the development of our capabilities by working on multidisciplinary projects throughout the business.
Possess strong communication skills, demonstrating ability to create impact & connect with different stakeholders

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge and experience in supply chain management, including sourcing processes, negotiations, contract establishment, managing performance and relations forSubsea / EPCI scope.
Good awareness of the Brazil supplier market and understanding of establishing and promoting local content.
Advanced skills in English and Portuguese language
Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team across the organization.
Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
Possess strong communication skills, demonstrating ability to create impact & connect with different stakeholders.
