Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architectural Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the coordination and integration of technical activities within architecture projects
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing project Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Design and Technical Deliverables.
Stakeholder Management of Design Consultants, Supervision and PMS Consultants and Contractors.
Complying with Masterplan and Municipal Requirements of Lusail City, as well as assuring compliance to local and international codes and standards.
Launching and assessing Local and International Design Competitions.
Managing Awards participation with various project’s design entries (International Properties Awards, CTBUH, MIPIM).
Managing Tendering Preparation, Issuance and Evaluation for multiple Projects for design scope and execution scope.
Preparation of Contract Documentation.
Conflict Resolution of Scope disputes and technical issues through facilitating technical solutions.
Developing and writing Procedures, Manuals, Workflows, Forms and Templates for Design Review, Alternative Proposals Review, and other Technical Evaluation and Assessment processes.
Making Selections of materials and finishes for Architecture, Landscape, and other relevant disciplines.
Training of junior Staff.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required and typically 15+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience, proficiency in design review for architectural and infrastructure projects. Professional registration is required.
Leadership, high accountability, and strong communication skills for independent tasks as well as well-structured teamwork assignments.Client’s relation, stakeholder management, programming, and project strategy development, through methodical approach and risk management.
