We’re looking for a Regional Cafe Manager to oversee all our cafes and ensure all sections operate successfully by company standards while using efficient and modern styles of management in daily operations. The successful candidate will employ their coffee knowledge and managerial skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction and ensuring our stores exceed expectations in business development and efficiency.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all the cafes: exceptional customer service and complaint handling, revenue and cost management, maintenance and upkeep of the cafe, and employee management.
Experience consolidating reports and dealing with P&L accounts
Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
Maintain accurate and updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
Formulating fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success and develop customer retention and acquisition strategies
Setting standards and objectives for different stores to ensure consistency between all the branches while optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise while monitor the performance of the branches using key metrics and suggest improvements
Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
Report to senior executives on progress and issues
Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Assist with creating and implementing the training programs, SOPs and manuals
Ensure that the cafe operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards
Hire, manage, train and assess the team’s performance, while establishing a working schedule
Must be able to clearly communicate tasks to team members
Enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
Must have had a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in reputed cafes as a Cafe Manager.
Must have a certified Barista certificate
Must be a proficient communicator in English

Exceptional proven ability in management with experience in leading teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
Proven experience as an area manager, store manager, assistant manager, or similar managerial role
Ability to divide responsibilities between team members and monitor progress
A good understanding of Google Drive and the ability to learn new programs like Slack & Notion.
Ability to communicate effectively, particularly in written form
