Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist for a 6-month, full-time contract position based in Rochester, MN. This role will be 100% onsite, and you’ll play a critical part in operations by ensuring the seamless functioning, testing, and quality assurance of robotic equipment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on problem-solving, and thrive in a quality-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Operate and work directly with robotic equipment to ensure functionality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Perform routine quality assurance checks to maintain product and equipment standards.
Conduct systematic testing and calibration of robotic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Document and report on issues identified during quality assurance and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment concerns quickly and effectively.
Follow all company policies, protocols, and compliance measures related to safety and operations.
Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of robotic systems.
Maintain organized records of testing and quality outcomes.
Requirements
Previous experience with robotic equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
Strong quality assurance and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and protocols.
Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new operating systems quickly.
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting issues and test results.
Work Environment:
This role is entirely onsite in Rochester, MN. It is best suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on, technical work in a physical operations environment.
