ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensures the implementation of resident care plans. Supervises CNA's to ensure that resident's care plans are followed. Transcribes and carries out physician's orders and integrates them into the resident's care plan. Assists in providing direct personal care to residents as needed. Helps maintain residents at their highest level of functioning by using rehabilitative nursing principles. Assists with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Gives medicines and treatments. Restocks medication and treatment carts at the end of each tour of duty. Makes out CNA assignments and gives CNAs verbal report. Communicates resident's condition by notifying nurse manager or supervisor. Communicates to all relevant parties regarding resident care Qualifications: New Grads welcome to apply
