JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of
Payroll and Accounting experience within a public sector or union
environment. In this position, candidates will maintain payroll systems,
ensure payroll processing is complete in a timely manner, and prepare
W-2 and W-3 documents within payroll system. This position will also
maintain the general ledger, assist in the preparation of financial and
budget reports, complete month end close, and complete invoice
processing. Financial Payroll Specialist job responsibilities include: -
Maintain payroll systems - Process payroll in timely manner - Prepare
W-2s, W-3s, and 1099 forms within payroll system - Maintain the general
ledger - Prepare financial and budget reports - Complete invoice

QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of Payroll and Accounting experience within a
public sector or union environment - Strong experience with Payroll
systems, accounting software, and other financial systems - Excellent
timekeeping experience - Experience with financial reporting -
