Our client, a leading player in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Rockville, MD

Mon- Fri: 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Receive materials, client samples, and internal finished goods daily, ensuring compliance with quality procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage in line with regulatory compliance.

• Support operations by providing timely materials and participating in physical inventory counts.

• Prepare and ship materials according to client requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate smooth operations.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience in biopharma shipping and handling.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle inventory accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (Oracle or LIMS is a plus).

• Willingness to support process improvement initiatives.
