Business Solutions Analyst

The Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for interpreting program requirements, analyzing business processes and workflows, participating in acceptance testing, and developing and providing reports to ensure that program requirements are met. This position strives to fulfill the mission of United Way of Connecticut (UWC) at all times while at work.
What you will do
- Creates and delivers ad-hoc and institutional reports using various report creation tools.
- Participates in the design of application software business requirements and processes.
- Assesses and develops system requirements and user documentation.
- Participates in acceptance testing to ensure that QIS requirements are met.
- Collects and analyzes data between multiple data sources to identify trends and report outcomes and measurements.
- Monitors and maintains data integrity
- Maintains schedule to ensure defined deliverables are accurate and timely
- Evaluates the effectiveness of current systems, identifies the need for improvements, and recommends solutions
When and where you will work
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Flexible hours, Occasional evening and weekend hours)
- Must be able to work from UWC offices in Rocky Hill, CT one day per week.
The Pay and Benefits:
- Salary: $58,000
- An outright 8% 401(k) contribution.
