[Job Snapshot: As an Irrigation Installation Lead at Roebuck Wholesale Nursery and Landscaping, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful installation of irrigation systems and leading crews to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Irrigation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing irrigation installations, managing crew members, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

• Collaborating with clients, landscape architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
• Designing irrigation systems tailored to the specific needs of the landscape, considering factors such as plant types, soil conditions, and water availability.
• Creating detailed plans and layouts that optimize water distribution, minimize waste, and promote efficient irrigation practices.

Material Procurement and Preparation:

• Selecting and sourcing appropriate irrigation components, including pipes, valves, controllers, and sprinkler heads, based on project specifications and budget constraints.
• Ensuring that all materials and equipment are acquired, inspected, and prepared for installation in accordance with project timelines and requirements.

Installation Execution:

• Overseeing the installation of irrigation systems, including trenching, pipe laying, valve assembly, and controller setup.
• Directing and supervising installation crews to ensure that work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and adjusting plans as needed to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Quality Control and Assurance:
