Our corporate office in Rohnert Park, CA is hiring an Credit Admin.

Our ideal candidate excels in providing excellent customer service to our valued customers, is a strong member of our team, dynamic, motivated, computer literate, dependable, clear verbal, and written communication, and possess a positive attitude.

For our ideal candidate to be successful in this position they must have the ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure while remaining patient, kind, resourceful, flexible, and effective. A professional demeanor with good people skills. Full attendance and adhering to the work schedule are essential for this position. Ability to stay focused and committed to accomplishing daily tasks, while taking pride in their quality of work. Strive to build strong rapports with our customers and build robust working relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Account reconciliation

  • Analyze open and closed invoice balances

  • Prepare lien releases

  • Respond to customer e-mails

  • Answering phone calls

  • Assist customers

  • Support credit department

  • Manage e-mail inbox
