Within the ICS Marketing & Communication team - responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for proprietary CMs - we are looking for an Internship that will contribute to the definition and delivery of the communication plan dedicated to improve awareness, consideration and appreciation of American Express Brand and its Products through our existing Customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
Support creation and management of the communication plan in alignment with the Brand guidelines;
Work closely with the creative agency for day-by-day activities;
Monitoring and optimization of campaign performances to improve brand awareness and customer engagement;
Analyze data to identify improvements and develop new opportunities to communicate Brand and Product Benefits in an innovative way;
Execute insights & prepare reports in excel and PowerPoint.
What you will need to succeed:
University student in Marketing & Communication;
Good knowledge of the digital environment and interested in Digital communication;
fluent in English;
good knowledge and practice in use Office tools (Excel and PPT)
Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and written & verbal communication skills;
Analytical and problem solvingabilities;
Strong team player.
