We are currently hiring an Outbound Warehouse Lead, 2nd shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $22.75 /hour plus $2.00 shift diff. The hours for 2nd shift are 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce Safety and Company policies
Train and assist, order pickers, checkers, and loaders as required
Assist in the development of department performance and productivity standards
Hands-on as needed based on workload and workforce
Maintain and update start, hourly, and end-of-shift reports
Attend all department and company meetings as required
Assist shipping supervisor in directing workflow
Provide input for employee evaluations
Complete and/or coordinate department projects as assigned
Maintain good housekeeping
Other duties as assigned
Experience leading others
Strong written and verbal skill
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to be able to make judgment call and good decisions
Ability to use RF Scanners/Systems proficiently
Experience using computers and associated software programs, including Microsoft Office
Experience operating a forklift (Order Picker, Sit-down or Walkie-Rider)
Ability to understand the basic throughput of a Logistics Operation
Shipping and/or Receiving experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in Warehousing
