Responsibilities
Must be mechanically inclined.
Ability to understand electronic and mechanical schematics/diagrams.
Ability to use a multi-meter as well as common testing equipment within the electrical and mechanical trade.
Good solder skills.
Understands and capable to execute general maintenance work.
Ability to work effectively and communicate with others.
Assemble various mechanical and electrical components including chassis assemblies, wiring, soldering, cleaning and assembling of various high vacuum sub-assemblies, installing cables and harness.
Hardwire unit power inlet, main relays and breakers.
Install various PC board assemblies.
Build and function test various cable assemblies.
Prepare and install different types of vacuums pumps.
Perform initial testing and unit debug.
Complete function test using defined procedures prior to shipment.
Training will be provided for all tasks as required
