Hospital Dietary Staff
- Greet customers, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Must understand proper preparation technique and follow recipes
- Know how to time dishes when they must be completed.
- Know how to cook in bulk without generating waste.
- Know how to use commercial kitchen equipment (meat slicers, steamers, grills, fryers, ovens)
- Must have computer skills. Having a basic knowledge of Google Drive and the apps within would be a plus.
- Cerner knowledge is preferred but not required.
Must work weekends and Evenings
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be able to lift approx. 40 lbs. Have excellent customer service skills and be a self-starter.
- Ability to be on feet for long periods, and function under high-stress situations.
- Follow directions exhibit good communication skills and work well with the public.
- Basic computer skills are a must.
- Will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays as assigned.
