Insurance Roofing Manager (Rosemont, IL)

This role is based in our flagship Rosemont, IL location and will focus on managing a team dedicated to delivering high-quality roofing services for insurance restoration related projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee Feldco’s Insurance Restoration department to maximize leads, sales, profitability, and ensure exceptional product quality while delighting our customers.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team specializing in insurance roofing claims and sales.
Lead by example by inspecting roofs, meeting with customers, canvassing neighborhoods, and generating new leads, contingency agreements, and contracts.
Conduct continuous training on insurance policies, claim procedures, and effective communication with adjusters.
Foster relationships with insurance companies and adjusters to streamline the claims process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
Oversee the accurate documentation and processing of insurance claims.
Drive results in a high-performance, high-reward environment with aggressive growth goals.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize leads and convert them into insurance related projects and generate repeat and referral business.
Work with Field Marketing team to develop canvassing and event marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with all governmental, state, and local regulations and policies regarding roofing and insurance claims.
Foster relationships with both external and internal customers to ensure delight.
Achieve or exceed all insurance restoration division goals and uphold company standards.
Qualifications include:
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
Proven track record in managing insurance roofing projects and teams
Extensive experience handling insurance claims, particularly in the roofing sector
In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, industry regulations, and the supplementing process
Expertise in the roofing industry, including materials, installation techniques, and current market trends
Ability to read and interpret insurance policies and explain them to customers
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and insurance claims processes preferred
Proven ability to set and accomplish goals using sound business judgment
Professional and approachable demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills across different teams and departments
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Information:
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 hour lunch
Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018
Pay Range: $60,000-100,000
