The Finance Manager role will report directly to the Director of FP&A and be responsible for directing a team of analysts while optimizing the company's forecast, budget, and analysis operations and owning the treasury function. This individual will be a key finance partner to our leaders and executives and partner closely with the controller, sales operations, HR, and procurement organizations. This is a full-time hybrid Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Finance Manager position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This class specification lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive. Mentor and develop a team of high-skill analysts to implement best practices in forecasting and analysis Collaborate with divisional finance leaders to consolidate, analyze, and optimize forecast processes Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives Analyze financial results and use insights to inform forward-looking forecast Partner with business unit leaders to understand operating results and provide in-depth analysis and commentary Recommend improvements in data structure and support transition to FP&A planning tool Manage the treasury function, including: Maintain 13-week cash forecasts and manage liquidity, including credit facility and short-term investments Ensure compliance with all required credit agreements Administer bank software, monitoring and maintaining proper user security entitlements Support annual audit procedures and liaison with management and external auditors Develop and maintain written processes and procedures Other specific duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in FP&A, banking, treasury or related field Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTA) is preferred but not required. Required Knowledge and Skills Expert Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain three-statement models and related variance analysis Ability to identify, analyze, and clean large and unstructured data sets from source systems and create organized clear analyses and presentations Critical thinking skills with a strong understanding of business operations, finance, and accounting Experience working in private equity environments, including knowledge of the principles of treasury operations, credit agreement compliance, and cash management Experience working in multi-site/multi-state organization Ability to mentor and oversee a team of analysts Self-directed with a willingness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Competencies: Teamwork - works collaboratively as part of a diverse, cross-functional team.
