In this position, it is important that you develop effective working relationships with other members of our sales team, manufacturers' representatives, and support staff. You will need industry product and trend knowledge as you work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into innovative kitchen & bath layouts. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their kitchen & bath design requirements and preferences - Create detailed kitchen and bathroom designs using 20/20 design software - Provide expert advice on product selection, finishes, materials, and fixtures - Build strong relationships with clients - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design process to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Sales experience is a plus
