A DAY IN THE LIFE AS ESERVICES COORDINATOR
As eServices Coordinator at Vibe Credit Union, you will assist the Sales and Service Manager with the development of the new member onboarding strategy for the digital delivery platform with the intention to oversee and manage the program independently. You will oversee the daily operations of two eCenters, Royal Oak and Ferndale. You will drive sales performance to meet key performance indicators monthly and maintain organized sales records reporting month-end performance. You will meet with employees regularly to review performance, set goals, and develop action plans to improve performance. You will be responsible for implementing an outbound sales calling program for eServices.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ESERVICES COORDINATOR
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an external sales role
Minimum 1 year in a supporting team role
College education or in pursuit of higher education preferred
Lending experience preferred
Exceptional sales ability
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) including strong aptitude for member service
Exhibit strong understanding of interactive web-based sites and applications
Proven ability to work independently, manage own priorities, and schedule
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions with minimal day-to-day supervision
High proficiency with computer software including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
