Cisco Business Operations Analyst in RTP, North Carolina

What you'll do The Operations Analyst for WW Software SP&O will play an integral role in Cisco’s Software acceleration and transformation. You will be responsible for supporting / orchestrating key business processes and programs that align to our sales strategy and execution efforts. Potential projects include: · Support the WW Software Org and connected teams to execute New Year Readiness and ongoing compensation activities o Plan Element Creation, Buying Program compensation design, Goaling o Manage FETs, field escalations, ad-hoc analysis & incentive programs · Participate in the governance and automation of software reporting, addressing the global requirements of stakeholders across the company o New offer PID setup and management o Foundational Data Hierarchy planning o System, Tool, and process integration (Goal, Forecast, Measure and Pay) · Support the Sales VP, Strategy Director and connected teams to orchestrate an integrated QBR process · Support the Development and implementation of new Consumption Model & Route to Market Strategies · Ad-hoc project support & load balancing, such as… o Software Training & Enablement activities focused on enabling the field o Customer Life-cycle engagement model o Sales Motion Modeling and cross-functional engagement to accelerate business o Software Portfolio acceleration plans with Architecture Leaders o Support ACV / New vs. Renew transitions inclusive of data analytics Who you'll work with You will work on a team of dynamic professionals passionate about accelerating Cisco’s transformation to software, recurring revenue, and Buying Programs. This role is highly cross-functional, you will partner with key stakeholders from WW Software, GEO Leadership, Finance, CX, Partners and Operations. The successful candidate: · Is extremely detailed with both quantitative and analytical skills · Has the ability to align long term strategy to short term execution · Possesses strong business and financial acumen · Has the ability to provide distinct focus on structure, process and metrics · Has ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of executives · Strong presentation skills and development of clear and concise presentations Our minimum requirements for this role: · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or related field · University degree and 5+ years of related work experience (Cisco knowledge a +) · Experience in business planning, sales forecasting, business case development, sales / GTM initiatives and execution of programs and strategy · Excellent executive communications skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills · High degree of creative ability, analytical and business skills and independent judgment · Excellent collaboration skills: requires the ability to effectively interact across functional teams in various business units, geographies and sales organizations. · Excellent command of financial metrics, presentation creation and executive presence. · Demonstrated ability to build and lead in a matrix-managed team, instilling a co-operative team-oriented culture. · Skilled in ability to influence - using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way · People leadership skills - values diversity of people and perspectives · Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals with limited direction and/or guidance Why cisco At Cisco, each person brings their unique talents to work as a team and make a difference.
