Global Specialists (GS) Strategy, Planning, and Operations (SP&O) is a dynamic organization where innovation and technology come together to help our sales teams deliver on customer outcomes. We are seeking a best-in-class Strategy Planning and Operations Manager to partner with and support Sales Strategy SP&O Architecture leaders and our GS SP&O head in designing data-driven GTM plans and key initiatives that will run the business and execute on operational plans. This role will be instrumental in translating our strategy, planning and operations into sales growth, in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team and cross-functional collaborators.

Produce & automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; lend insight to the reporting.

Experience in supporting the development of Long Range and Annual Strategic plans (yearly / half-yearly) and developing processes to accelerate timing.
Experience in framing & structuring business problems to drive toward actionable solutions, including effort prioritization, and quantitative / qualitative analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in a combination of sales strategy, planning & operations.
Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience supporting executive leadership to drive growth plans, run the business deliverables (QBOs, Forecast, Business Double Clicks, leadership offsites) and operational activities.
Financial modeling and strategy framework knowledge is vital for success
Fact-based and hands-on with data and analysis where needed, while also applying existing standard methodologies. Data-driven, and able to see the heart of the results or opportunities to drive action.
Partnered with Sales Operations teams on developing process improvements to standardize, automate and optimize central processes in a scalable approach.
Strong communication & influencing skills, and experience working with partners at all levels.
