Siemens Energy Financial Analyst in Rural Hall, North Carolina

A Snapshot of Your Day

In your new role you will be an integral part of WSC factory Finance team with major focus on Track CAPEX project progress, Inventory management as well as analyzing and reporting factory financials.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Month endactivities including but not limited to prepare and post journal entries,allocation, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Assist inthe development of periodic forecasts and annual budgets.

  • Inventorymanagement

  • Supportmonthly reporting for cost center, productivity, factory scorecard etc.

  • TrackCAPEX project progress in terms of PO creation, invoice receipt from thevendor, reconciliation, and capitalization. Compile and report monthly CAPEXspend.

  • Supportall other ad-hoc initiatives in finance as well as other strategic initiativesin the plant as required.

  • Coordinatewith other locations to share knowledge as well as best practices.

  • Activelyimproves processes with process improvement methods to ensure effectivenesswithin LGN/WSC reporting & controlling.

  • Reliableteam player willing to go the extra mile when necessary.

What You Bring

BasicQualifications:

  • HS diploma required.

  • 3+ yearsof progressive experience in financial statement analysis and modeling.

  • Abilityto effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly developedanalytical skills and detail-orientation.

  • Team-orientationwith “we can do it” mentality.

  • Workingknowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.

  • Applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United States without need for currentor future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees withcurrent visa sponsorship may beeligible for internal transfers.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Proficiencyin Tableau, Knime, UiPath or any other automation and visualization tool is aplus.

  • Previousexperience in business unit or business segment finance

  • 3+ yearsof experience in accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing plantenvironment.
