You will be responsible for: - Assist in project transition to the manufacturing location and assist to train employees.- Lead all the pre-series APQP activities and monitor deadlines at the plant.- Liaise between the customer, headquarters and all internal production teams (especially quality control, production, international project management).- Responsible for all tasks resulting from the Dr. Schneider statutes, in particular management system, IATF- 16949, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and operating instructions.Minimum Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or similar)- 5 years’ experience as Quality Engineer- IATF Auditor certification- 5 years of experience in quality audits in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably Tier 1- 5 years' experience in APQP, PPAP, and MSA- 5 years' experience in customer complaint management utilizing 8D methodology- 2 years' experience in new product launches, run-at-rate, etc. in automotive manufacturing.- Ability to travel up to 20% - domestic and foreign.
