News Corp Australia Service Delivery Manager in SA, Australia

What’s the role?

  • Ensure seamless and successful delivery of campaigns and improvement initiatives into and across NCX

  • Stakeholder management across NCA to bring together priority workload coordinated through long term roadmap

  • Change and delivery management for NCX on projects, strategic initiatives, campaigns/offers and new workload to ensure successful outcomes

  • Oversee immersion and performance of impacts of change, initiatives and campaigns in line with agreed objectives

  • Exercise self management skills in order to deliver assigned work and self-initiated work with high quality, within defined timeframes.

  • Expectations of: goal setting, organisation and prioritisation of tasks, self motivation, time management and accountability

  • Engaging the wider Leadership team to drive effective resource mobilisation and communications relating to operational and change activities

  • Highly collaborative relationships with agents, management, team leaders and support staff

  • Work collaboratively with leaders, support roles and colleagues across local, national and state teams
