Job Description Summary

Support role for Field Service team by ensuring first-class service process execution on customer service contracts, customer reporting, install base data entry, and data quality for assigned area. Verifies timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services. Ensures quality and integrity of the customer IB details and coverage levels as they are entered into the system. Acts as liaison/point of contact for Field Service team with IT team for IB updates and coverage level corrections.

Job Description

General Ops Coordinator (OC) Roles and Responsibilities

  • Tracks, manages and measures IB accuracy to include monthly reporting and analytics support. (e.g., regulatory reporting, standard IB related or Customer Ad-Hoc requests).

  • Drive the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract loading into all applicable processes including additions, deletions, and modifications to existing contracts (e.g., field communications, verification along with contract submission pre-work).

  • Assists team with timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services.

  • Work within all related systems Nuvolo, Siebel and FX to manage and complete all work documentation.

  • Gathers all service event records from vendors for all work submitted into the department including biomed and multi-vendor. Ensure record data is captured in proper system.

  • Maintain install database and contractual entitlement accuracy by supporting field team and external customers via phone and email.

  • Work closely with field service, field sales and service, and commercial solutions to resolve technical and process-related issues and provide support for timely resolution of invoicing disputes.

  • Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision.

Endoscope Service Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

  • Open and/or Receive Service Records from customer

  • Dispatches Scope Repair to select vendors

  • Manage communication process (provide RMA and instructions) to clinical staff

  • Coordinate loaner devices when needed

  • Track and complete associated paperwork & billing where necessary

  • Manage exchange process for retiring and adding devices to inventory and contract

Qualifications :

  • BS or BA degree and demonstrated process management experience

  • Or an AA degree and 2 years experience in process management

  • Or 4 years process management experience.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $52,800.00-$79,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
