Stryker’s Endoscopy Division is seeking to hire a Technical Publications Associate Manager to be based remotely anywhere in the United States.

As the Technical Publications Associate Manager , you will oversee proper projects completion and direct the daily activities for the Technical Publications Team. You will manage a team of Labeling Specialists and Technical Writers while analyzing departmental process and recommending improvements.

What you will do

  • Maintains and manages cost center for multiple teams

  • Will be involved with outside Inspection of the Quality System: FDA and Notified Body auditors

  • Has to maintain compliance to external regulatory standards such as UDI, EU MDR and EAR

  • Assists with the planning and implementation of new programs, services, and projects; monitors progress and evaluates results; recommends changes or other action as appropriate

  • Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops Exempt & Non-Exempt staff; manages schedules and workflow

  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

  • Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure needs of the company are met

  • Assists in project planning; provides reports and updates as required

  • Ensures timely completion of quality documentation for all products

  • Ensures timely and accurate technical support is provided to internal and external customers

  • Sets and modifies schedules/time cards to maintain adequate coverage

  • Will submit periodic reports, both written and in person, to appropriate personnel

  • Sets overall goals and priorities and evaluates subordinates performance based on those goals and priorities

  • Coaches and develops personnel

  • Is responsible for personnel compliance with company policies and corrective action

  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field or equivalent

  • 6+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Medical device or medical field experience preferred

$71,600 - $149,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
