Nexeo HR is looking for a detail-oriented,organized,and self-motivated individual to fill a crucial Quality Control role in St. George,UT. Responsibilities
Verify that all labels,containers,and cartons received from suppliers meet approved standards by comparing them to the latest signed proof.
Maintain records of all shipments (labels,film,cartons,bottles,caps,and droppers) in a product/customer-specific binder or approved storage area.
Identify and help resolve non-compliance issues related to film,cartons,or labels.
Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to provide accurate inventory counts and ensure correct revisions are in use.
Keep,update,and maintain organized spreadsheets,files,and retain samples.
Ensure all labels are securely stored and properly identified with the correct stickers.
Approve or reject incoming and outgoing shipments based on quality standards.
Maintain an inventory log and ensure approved materials are reordered as needed.
Greet visitors and guests,ensuring they have the necessary company documentation and adhere to food safety protocols.
Cross-train within the quality team to provide support in multiple QC areas as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to read,speak,and understand basic English.
Must possess oral / written communication skills,and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Follow GMP standards and guidelines.
Understand and apply information outlined in SOP s.
Handle confidential information.
High School Diploma or GED.
6 months to 1.5 years related Quality experience.
