Marketing Coordinator

Four Eyes Financial is a Regulatory Technology (RegTech) company based in New Brunswick, with offices in Saint John & Moncton. We are at the forefront of change in how wealth firms think about their data and their compliance functions. Our proprietary Intelligent Compliance Platform, with multiple compliance solutions, streamlines interactions between Advisors, Clients, and Head Office.

We are looking to add a talented Marketing Coordinator to the team, to support the Marketing Manager with project management and executing tactics. The ideal candidate will be involved with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker who is able to handle many projects at once.

Focus Areas

Project Management: Ensure various marketing initiatives and plans are being executed on time.

  • Manage calendars, prepare agendas and send follow up emails to ensure decision making meetings take place and are followed up on.

Build & Deploy Campaigns: Build brand awareness, generate new leads, help convert deals to contracts.

  • Build a campaign calendar and deliver content that drives engagement to our target audience.

  • Design and deliver lead generation LinkedIn campaigns in alignment with the Four Eyes brand standards.

Maintain Current Product Description Catalog: Maintain accurate description of all products for quick access and reuse for internal and external use

  • Work with product managers to ensure we have an up to date description of products.

  • Ensure new or updated information is reflected on any public domain (company website, LinkedIn, etc.)

Events (panels, webinars, trade shows): Track and execute the logistics for various internal/external events.

  • Build, maintain and plan the annual event calendar.

  • Assist in event planning.

  • Assist with day-of execution of events.

  • Search for relevant industry events, podcasts, webinars for FEF attendance.

Graphic Design: Create compelling on-brand digital assets.

  • Be a brand champion, ensure external collateral meets FEF brand guidelines.

  • Create digital flyers, brochures and other graphic elements as needed.

SEO: Research SEO keywords and trends.

  • Review web content and make recommendations for SEO.

Relationship Building & Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Communicate marketing department activities clearly and effectively convey marketing goals to other teams.

Sales Support: Competitive research and media monitoring.

  • Conduct competitive and industry research to stay informed of what's happening in the market.

  • Subscribe to various industry digital publications and social media accounts for media monitoring.

  • Share findings with the Marketing Manager and Head of Growth weekly.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with content management (strong knowledge of Linkedin Campaigns and content delivery) systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, graphic design and email software.
