Full time job, Monday-Saturday, between the hours of 7AM-6PM. Sundays Off.
Job Responsibilities
Supervising a team of detail / make ready technicians
Ensuring proper procedures and quality is reached and maintained
Train and assist detail / make ready technicians
Careful cleaning of customer’s vehicles
Exterior wash
Dressing wheels and tires
Vacuum interior and cargo area
Clean all glass components thoroughly
Inspect and clean engine compartment
Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping, or to other designated areas
Sweeping, dusting, and mopping of work area
Maintain inventory and order make-ready supplies
Maintain strict adherence to store policy on client vehicle care and operation
Note damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
Requirements:
Experience in automotive detail
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
Availability to work long hours and a varying schedule to meet the needs of a fast-paced location
Must be customer service and goal oriented
High energy
Attention to detail
Must be 18+ years of age
Experience at a manager/supervisor level is preferred
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
Ability to operate manual transmission is a plus
