Job Summary:The Call Center Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through telephone and email support. This role involves managing a variety of customer inquiries, processing transactions, and monitoring transactions for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone and email.
- Respond to inquiries about depository and loan accounts, CDs, IRAs, ODP, safe deposit, stop payments, ATM/Visa Check cards, and online banking.
- Process requests for statements, images, transfers, stop payments, address changes, account closures, online banking enrollments, and credit verifications.
- Hot card and activate ATM/Visa cards.
- Monitor financial transactions for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a similar service-related position.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
