Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for support to the Sales Team and to our Customers. Responsibilities include performing Accounts Receivable duties by making weekly collection calls, regular follow up, resolving any discrepancies, and making daily deposits of checks in the bank. The CSR will also create a variety of monthly documents, reports, and records, apply weekly payments in the company file, insert checks into envelopes for mailing, verify the accuracy of recorded transactions, and reconcile various accounts such as bank accounts and credit card accounts.
